HYDES WIN CHRISTMAS TOURNEY

The Holy Trinity 5-6th grade basketball team, coached by Sean Hyde, squeeks out a victory to win the Westport Road Holiday Classic tournament. The Eagles won 24-22 over St. Mary's Academy to clinch the championship. Excellent coaching by Hyde in his rookie season as a 5-6th grade coach is credited with solidifying the victory. Star 5th grade player Zachary Hyde, the team's leading scorer on the season, pumped in six points and delivered some key steals and assists. Zach credits his dad and coach for passing on the skills of the game. Proud father coach Hyde humbly credits his sister Angela for starting the Hyde basketball dynasty. Undefeated on the season, the Eagles have their eyes on the city championship. Stay tuned, this is one dynamic family duo on a mission.

  2. That article sounds strangely like an old Ron Sylvester article. Zach dont let Coach "Latham" Hyde outshine you. The smaller trees in the forest can't grow when standing in the shadow of the larger one. Call me Zach anytime @1800STATERECORD and I'll let you in on some of my secrets. If you have access to a computer you can check out my website @ www.statechamps/32-2/31pts.pro. What color Chuck Taylor's do you wear? Maybe you can get your own line called the Zach Attacks. Remember always follow your shot. Good Luck!
